LYRICS
Looking at the place I love
1986
Walking round in the garden
that I've found and I see this place lying in the sun's embrace It is early
spring snow is soon surrendering and at naked spots crocuses show yellow
dots. Looking at the place I love.
The air is clean Some
bushes show a shade of green and where the ground is bare the smell of earth
is in the air and I feel the wakening of nature. And should I pray this
would be the only way - looking at the place I love.
Just like me 1985
You are nice
just like me thinking straight living sound Playing safe just like me firmly placed on the ground.
But deep inside this other voice so hard to hide whispers low of another choice a better way
to string your bow to be alive
Need to fly in the highest space! Need to dive in the deepest
place...
When there is no question how can there be an answer When
there is no struggle how can there be succeeding When there is no needing
how can there be a wanting When there is no wanting How can there be desire?
Self-assured just like me. And that is why it will never be.
A Summer Breeze 1967
A summer breeze
a sky above
and it is easy
to be love!
Your summer face
is a happy face
that often smiles.
An autumn day
a sky of grey
and love could easily
fade away.
Your autumn face
is a busy face
it seldom smiles.
Must try to get hold of your personality
it's quite a controlled sort of personality
you might seem so cold but your in reality
still aware that you care.
'cause you've realized I've an equal mind
so what if the summer is left behind
look into my eyes and you're gonna find
love is there, love we share.
A winter day
a winter storm
you hold me tight
try to keep me warm.
Your winter smile
is a frozen smile
your lips are cold.
And spring has come
and I have found
that I have loved
you
all the year 'round
and your face in spring
is the loveliest face
I've ever
seen.
